Individual Immersions are programs which last three days to three months, and are customized individually. Come either for a personal retreat, or for professional education.

~ 3-Day Ayurvedic Retreat - Individual.
Receive three days of nourishing & cleansing Ayurvedic therapies, including Abhyanga (warm herbal oil massage), Swedena (herbal steam bath), and other personalized therapies. Enjoy two vegetarian meals per day, cooked in-house and personalized to your body's constitution. Attend any yoga, movement, or meditation classes offered during your stay, and receive a personal yoga practice and instruction, targeted to your body and needs.

~ Pre-Natal Care Retreats - Individual or Couple
Ayurveda has a wealth of wisdom to provide education and care through the conception, pregnancy, birthing, and post-natal experience. Come immerse yourself into the Ayurvedic and Yogic lifestyle for 3-14 days in preparation for conception and/or childbirth. Prepare your body & mind through nourishing and purifying Ayurvedic therapies, yoga and meditation, and healthy eating. Learn to cook for your family Ayurveda-style, and learn to integrate healthy lifestyle habits into your family routine from Day 1 of new life. Madison is a professional and experienced doula.

~ Ayurvedic Study Sessions / Internships - Practitioner.
This is for those who have Ayurvedic health practices. Topics of study can include: Ayurvedic therapies including marma therapy, pulse reading and diagnosis, Ayurveda for pre- and post-natal doulas. We believe that the mentor-student relationship is by far the most effective way to learn wisdom sciences. We will help to coordinate focused internships and mentorships with our doctors and practitioners of Ayurveda, Jyotish, and Kundalini Yoga.
